Our Emergency Relief program at Regional Alliance West provides immediate, short-term support, to individuals experiencing financial crisis, low income or sudden life changing events.

We are open Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 12:00pm.

Our Current Emergency Relief Program covers the regions of Geraldton and Carnarvon – which we have an office located in both regions.

Geraldton – Lotteries House 1/114 Sanford street, Geraldton

Carnarvon – 7 Stuart Street, Carnarvon

How to Apply

To be able to apply for this program you will need to present to our Regional Alliance West Offices (Geraldton or Carnarvon) with a current Detailed Income Statement from Centrelink (showing your entitlements and deductions).

Please be mindful we only offer this Emergency Relief Assistance once every 3 months unless there are very extenuating circumstances.
If you require Recurring assistance, you will be referred to our Financial / Money Business program.
